VIOLIN

As an instrument, the violin is not only capable of producing soul stirring music but is a beautiful object in its own right.  In this image I sought to display the voluptuous nature of its shape counterbalanced by the linear quality of the bow and strings; analogous to the requisite confluence of emotion and technical expertise to bring out the best in its performance.
